Lieutenant Clench's lion head hanger

3 available - updated on Sept. 29, 2021.

This hanger is directly inspired by the one carried by Lt. Ralfe Clench. This Loyalist officier served during the American War of Independance in the 8th and 42nd Regiments and as a second lieutenant in Butler's Rangers in 1780. It remains conjectural if his sword is of American colonial or Canadian manufacture.

Brass hlt, stirrup guard, spiral bone grip stained in green. Sturdy blade and tooled scabbard with a throat locket.
